Questions

How the limits actually work

The boring but important details.

When do daily allowances reset?

Allowances reset on the platform usage day. Whatever you used in the previous 24-hour cycle clears, and a fresh allowance is available for the next day's research.

What does “no listed daily cap” on Agency actually mean?

It means there is no fixed daily search count shown for normal account use. Abuse-prevention, infrastructure protection, and fair-use controls may still apply if traffic is automated or disruptive in ways that affect other customers.

Does a bulk run with 250 domains count as 1 run or 250?

One bulk run is one job, not one domain. A Pro user submitting a 250-domain list uses one of their 50 daily bulk runs. The per-run domain cap is 250 on Pro and 500 on Agency.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. You can change tiers from your members area whenever you need to. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you keep what you've paid for, and upgrades unlock the higher allowances right away.

Do unused allowances roll over?

No. Daily allowances reset, they don't accumulate. The numbers are sized so that an active user on Pro almost never runs out within a normal day's research.

What if I'm right at the edge between two plans?

Most people in that position pick Pro. The price gap is small, the allowances are large enough that you almost certainly won't bump into them, and you can always step up to Agency later if your workflow grows.

Pick the plan that pays for itself

Most people land on Pro because the math is obvious

One or two solid domain finds a month covers the cost. Start with $19 first month and try the full allowances on a real research day.
