Billing information

Paid plans are managed through the member/billing system and its payment providers. We may receive plan, invoice, transaction, subscription, payment status, renewal, and cancellation information. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers in the main website application.

Search, tool, and domain research activity

We process the searches, filters, keywords, domain lists, AI prompts, watchlist domains, availability checks, and similar inputs you submit so the platform can return results and enforce plan limits. We also store usage counters for tools such as domain search, AI suggestions, bulk availability checks, DomDetailer backlink views, and watchlist features.

Integrations and saved settings

If you connect your own DomDetailer API key, we store the setting so the service can use it when you request backlink profiles. API keys are encrypted before storage where the current application supports it. Video library administration stores YouTube URLs, video IDs, titles, categories, thumbnails, channel metadata, and related oEmbed data.

Analytics and technical data

We collect first-party activity data such as visitor ID, session ID, page URL, page path, page title, referrer, event type, tool key, limited event metadata, member ID when logged in, plan code, hashed IP address, hashed user-agent, and timestamps. We also use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate site analytics.

Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies

The site uses cookies and browser storage to keep you logged in, remember interface choices, measure activity, and operate the member area. Current first-party activity cookies include:
