Rules for using Easy Expired Domains

These terms explain how you may use the platform, what is included in account access, and the restrictions that protect the domain inventory, paid tools, and other users.

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using Easy Expired Domains, creating an account, or buying a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Easy Expired Domains provides domain research tools, including domain search, domain metrics, source and listing data, AI-assisted domain suggestions, bulk availability checking, watchlists, video content, and related member tools.

The platform combines internal inventory, public and third-party domain data, registrar or auction information, SEO metrics, availability checks, and other signals. The data is intended for research and decision support, not as a guarantee that a domain can be acquired or that any metric is complete, current, or error-free.

3. Accounts and security

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for your login credentials and activity under your account.
  • You must not share, sell, rent, or transfer account access unless we agree in writing.
  • You must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Plans, billing, and limits

Free and paid plans have different limits and feature access. Current limits are shown on the usage limits page and may be updated as the service evolves.

Paid subscriptions, renewals, invoices, cancellations, and billing management are handled through the member area and its payment providers. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew according to the terms shown during purchase. You are responsible for cancelling unwanted renewal access before the next billing date.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

  • Break the law, infringe rights, or abuse domain registries, registrars, APIs, or other services.
  • Attempt to bypass login, payment, usage limits, feature locks, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk extract, mirror, copy, or reconstruct the database or search index.
  • Use bots, automated scripts, hidden API clients, or high-volume requests without written permission.
  • Resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or make available substantial parts of the domain inventory or metrics.
  • Interfere with service availability, security, infrastructure, workers, search systems, or other users.
  • Upload or submit malicious, unlawful, misleading, or abusive content.

6. Domain data and metrics

Domain availability, auction status, prices, drop dates, source records, SEO metrics, Wayback data, backlink information, and AI suggestions can change quickly and may contain errors, delays, omissions, duplicate records, or stale information. You should independently verify any domain before bidding, buying, registering, redirecting, rebuilding, or relying on it.

We do not guarantee that any domain is available, that a registrar will sell it, that an auction will remain open, that metrics will match a third-party provider at the time you check, or that a domain will produce SEO, traffic, resale, or business results.

7. AI suggestions and tool outputs

AI suggestions, quality scores, filters, watchlist alerts, and availability checks are tools to help you research faster. They are not professional, financial, legal, SEO, trademark, or investment advice. You remain responsible for your own due diligence.

8. Third-party services

The service may rely on or link to third-party services, including aMember, payment providers, Google Analytics, YouTube, DomDetailer, WHOIS services, registries, registrars, auction platforms, metrics providers, and external domain listing pages. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, decisions, outages, prices, data, or policies.

9. Your submitted content and integration settings

You are responsible for domain lists, search terms, AI prompts, watchlist entries, API keys, YouTube URLs, category text, and other information you submit. You grant us permission to use those submissions as needed to provide, secure, debug, and improve the service.

If you connect your own third-party API key, you confirm that you are authorised to use it and that our use of it at your request does not violate the third-party provider's rules.

10. Intellectual property

The website, software, design, scoring methods, workflows, copy, branding, and compiled domain research database are owned by Easy Expired Domains or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under your plan, no rights are transferred to you.

11. Service changes and availability

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for security, maintenance, operational reliability, provider changes, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or product improvement. We aim to keep the service useful and reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, abuse the service, attempt to extract the database, threaten service stability, misuse paid features, fail to pay amounts due, or create risk for the platform or other users. You may stop using the service at any time.

13. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Expired Domains will not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost domain opportunities, business interruption, indirect losses, consequential losses, or decisions you make based on platform data.
